Wednesday Wishcasting

Jamie asks, What step do you wish to take? Well, I have written and published my first book in which you can view Here and Here.

I have also worked on my 2nd book that is still a manuscript. However, the steps I wish to take is to finish my 2nd book and reform and revise my first book. But, laziness and life seems to get in the way and especially the lack of funds as I am a self-published writer.

My steps and goals for the New Year is to finish my projects within writing. To transform myself into being a writer again and to work hard to make my dreams come true as a writer!

I am Woman!

WITCHYS WIKKED GRAPHIX
WITCHYS WIKKED GRAPHIX

This spiritual path I am on has helped me to become more confident, bold, and very strong within myself. Recently, starting my other blog as well has helped me to feel more at ease and just lighter.

Talking to like-minded people and simply sharing your thoughts and opinions with those who understand and don't judge has helped me to be true to myself lately and be proud of who I am. The confidence is so overwhelming (Not Grandiosity..) but just simply feeling taller and stronger has helped me to deal with certain things in my life.

When I had my bipolar blog, some peoplel would say turn to *God* as if I had no spiritual path. They would say *God* would show you the way, but to be honest it was this **Spiritual** blog that has helped me more so than anything else or money can buy! No medicine, psychiatrits or counselor could have done what this blog has done for me.

Now, I am finally on a Balancing Act within my life. Reading within my *Winter Challenge* and already on my 2nd book within a week! Keeping my house clean, working my hours at work, spending time with family, friends, and still able to Veg-Out when I want to and getting all my hobbies and reading in all at the same time without feeling overwhelmed!

The negative energy we receive from other people can make things hard when trying to lead a spiritual, yet calm lifestyle, but all in all..things are good and I am very happy!

Wednesday Wishcasting

Jamie asks, "What do you wish to embrace?" I wish to embrace Buddhism, Hedgewitch, and Christianity. These three paths combined may not be acceptable to some, but these spiritual paths are what I feel closest to.

Researching, reading, and learning for well over a year now, these three paths seem to be my spiritual home. Without discussing in detail what I believe in and feel. It appears that what I enjoy, like, embrace is much more of *New Age,* however, I could say this much...

Although, I cannot pinpoint exactly where I stand in percentages, I feel right now that I am:

Buddhism: 50%
Christianity:
Hedgewitch:

One thing I am is an honest person. This is my life, my path, my happiness, my peace, my joy, my kindness, and my sanity. This I wish to embrace!

Buddhist Christmas

Can Buddhist's celebrate Christmas? I love this story and the author's point of view Here!

I think anyone can celebrate Christmas..why? Because I truly believe in my heart that we are all one and any spiritual path that one takes that is filled with peace, love, kindness, and joy is good enough for me.

Bodhi day is December 18th, however December 8th is the traditional day for northern Buddhist traditions. This day honors the enlightentment of Siddhartha Gautama.

You can simply celebrate with colored lights around your home or Bodhi Tree. The multi-color lights represents the many Buddhist path. Light a candle every night to symbolize enlightenment for seven days after Bodhi Day. The seventh day ends on the Christmas holiday of Christmas Eve.

Make Buddha Cookies in which you can use a heart shaped cookie cutter as the Bo leaves are heart shaped.

Many combine different traditions into one as families are so eclectic these days. Enjoy the holiday by adding your spiritual nature into the mix!

Come To My Home!

Through this wonderful breakthrough of a balancing act, I have finally decided on a foundation towards my spiritual path; Buddhism and Hedgewitch! Come on over to my new home and grab a cup of coffee or tea and relax...Hearth and Home.

Although, I have not claimed to be a *Witch* at this time, this new blog represents my journey and learning experience as I embrace this path one step at a time.

I will continue to talk, research, and share my buddhism wisdom here at *Spiritual Expression.* This time these two blogs are truly a keeper!
